Amazon Selling Partner & Ads-API Data Policy
Information We Collect
We only collect information explicitly authorized by the Selling Partner via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Ads-API. Via SP-API this includes Sales Performance data, Product Listing metadata, and Inventory levels. Via the Amazon Ads-API this includes Campaign performance data, keyword bids, ad spend, impressions, clicks, and ACOS metrics. We do not collect or store Buyer Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Amazon Ads-API Data Use
Advertising data accessed via the Amazon Ads-API is used exclusively to provide PPC performance dashboards, bid optimization recommendations, and wasted-spend analysis for the authorized Selling Partner. Ad data is never shared across clients or used for competitive benchmarking outside of the authorized account.
Purpose of Processing
Data is used exclusively to provide analytics, performance dashboards, and AI-driven listing optimizations for the authorized Selling Partner. We do not aggregate data across different clients for competitive analysis.
AI Data Handling
For listing optimization, non-identifiable product metadata may be processed via third-party AI model providers. We use providers whose API data privacy policies prohibit use of customer data for model training and require that data is not retained after processing.
Data Security
All data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.2+. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under the principle of "least privilege".
Data Retention
We retain Amazon Information only as long as an active service agreement exists. Upon termination of service or upon request, all stored Amazon data is permanently and securely deleted within 30 days.
